How Does Open Hour Work?

To ensure a smooth and productive experience, we've put in place a few guidelines:

Question Submission: Please submit your questions using the Open Hour question submission form. This way, we can prepare detailed and insightful answers to address your concerns effectively.

Submission Deadline: All questions must be submitted at least 24 hours before our live session to allow us adequate time to prepare. This ensures that you receive the best possible support.

Order of Response: Questions will be answered in the order they were received. We're committed to providing each of you with valuable insights and solutions.

Expectation: In the event that your question couldn't be addressed during the session, don't worry! Open Hour will be held once a week on Friday evenings at 5:30 pm. You'll have the opportunity to return the following week for your answer.

Important Note: Your Participation Matters

It's important to note that Open Hour will take place only when questions have been submitted. If there are no questions in the queue, the live session for that week will be canceled. Your active participation ensures that Open Hour remains a valuable resource for you.
